HOW YOUNG BOYS MAINTAINED OUR BODY IN 1 MONTH

For maintaining our body we must need that we can do excersise in free time  minimum we can give 1 hour in a day to our body fitness

 And games are also a part of excersise because in physical games we move every part of our body
For example football and cricket
In football and cricket we can do running and in running we move every part of our body
And this  is just for young generation
